Return & Refund Policy

At ShadeNex, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

✅ Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

Be unused and in its original packaging
Be in the same condition as when you received it
Have a valid proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has been used, damaged, or tampered with
The return request is raised after 7 days from delivery
The product was sold under a clearance or final sale offer

❌ Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

✅ How to Cancel an Order:

Email us at support@shadenex.com with your Order ID and subject line: "Order Cancellation Request"
If the order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled and refunded in full.
If the order is already shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you may proceed with a return after delivery.

💸 Refund for Cancellations:

Prepaid Orders: Full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Cash on Delivery Orders: Will simply be cancelled; no refund process required

🔁 Return Process

Email us at support@shadenex.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Mention your order ID and reason for return.
Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.
Once we receive and inspect the product, we will initiate the refund.

💸 Refund Timeline

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
For COD orders, you will be asked to provide bank account details for the refund.

🚚 Return Shipping

If the product was defective or wrong, we will cover the return shipping cost.
In other cases (like change of mind), shipping charges may apply and will be deducted from the refund.
